The Manor House Nursing Home aims to meet physical, psychological, social, spiritual and emotional needs of residents and their families.

The philosophy of the home includes ensuring that the residents feel 'at home' in a safe environment. The home endeavors to exceed the national minimum standards of care as described by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The aim of the home is for residents to keep their own identity and individuality.

The Manor House has a warm and friendly atmosphere with all the comforts one would expect from a nursing home that includes twenty-four hour nursing care from professionally qualified nurses and carers.

It is the responsibility of the Home Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the home, support the care team and monitor the care of the residents.The Manor House Bedrooms

Staff at The Manor House will make themselves available to discuss any matter with the resident or their chosen representative-Key worker. Feedback from yourself and the your relatives will be welcomed and encouraged on a regular basis to ensure that the home is always improving and striving to excellence.

Confidential Information will always be treated as such, and the right of the resident to personal privacy is acknowledged. The right of privacy will extend to bedrooms, bathrooms and all personal space.
